Return, refund and cancelations

Returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted under reasonable circumstances.

- Sizing -

I understand that sizing rings can be tricky and sometimes the wrong size is ordered by mistake. To ensure accuracy it is advisable to visit more than one jeweller at different times of the day, this will help you determine the right size and avoid having to exchange or resize your ring.

I am more than happy to send a free ring sizer for you when you place the order so please feel free to request one.

Provided the ring is unworn & undamaged you can return/exchange once for free, all I ask is that shipping charges are covered.

Bent wood rings can generally be adjusted by 1/2 a UK size but if it needs to be made any bigger or smaller then a new ring will be formed from scratch. Resized rings are subject to my usual build time of 2-3 weeks + delivery times.

If you order the wrong size simply send me a message within 14 days of receiving the ring/s and we can arrange your resizing.

- Refunds and Returns -

No corners are cut during the process of creating your custom order and I ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship are adhered to. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your item you may notify me within 14 days of receiving it in the post and arrange a refund.

A full refund for the price of the item will be given minus a 30% restocking fee and any shipping charges I have incurred. Please note that all shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer when items are returned.

Returned items must be unworn and undamaged.

- Guarantees -

Every ring or item in my shop comes with the following guarantees.

Sizing guarantee: Each ring is measured on a mandrel and with a digital caliper to ensure I make the correct size as requested. If I make a mistake with sizing I will replace the ring for free and cover any shipping costs. 

Lost or Damaged Items: If your item is lost or damaged in transit I will make another to specification and send it for free.

100% Satisfaction: If you are in any way unsatisfied with your item you may notify me within 14 days of receiving it in the post and arrange a refund or I can make another to specification and send it for free.
